WIPO's three member Panel decided unanimously that the Complaint be denied and no order of transfer of domain name <natwestfraud.com> be made.

Note: RBOS filed a case against natwestfraud.com in Los Angles Court, California. The proceeding was dismissed without prejudice in October 2000. WIPO rules were formulated about domain name disputes in October 1999 while <natwestfraud.com> has been on-line since August 1999 with a few interruptions.
